  • Improve staff knowledge in zero waste (35% improvement target).
  • Create a portfolio of zero waste practices.
  • Conduct 8 workshops for the community, promoting sustainability.
  • International training in Turkey on zero waste practices.
  • Practical workshops and technical visits.
  • Development of pedagogical resources and evaluation of results.

Calendar

  • First week of February 2025 – Sending an email to potential participants with invitation to register and publication of the call on the project page.
  • Third week of February 2025 – Completion of the process of selection of participants.
  • March and April 2025 – Organization of all logistics and operations related to mobility.
  • Third week of March 2025 – Signing of the mobility contracts and holding individual preparation meetings with selected participants.
  • Second and third week of April 2025 – Realization of mobility and related trips.
  • Last week of May 2025 – Results sharing session with mobility participants and trainers involved in the workshops, as well as closing session of the project.

Call for Registration of Participants
Applications: Those interested in participating in the mobility actions should submit their application by email sent to ateixeira@morecolab.pt, between 05 and 14 February 2025, with the following subject: “Earth Day Every Day – Turkey – April 2025”.
The email should include a brief description with the following information:

  • Formal link with More Colab and/or associated entities;
  • Projects or initiatives developed in collaboration with More Colab (e.g.: participation in collaborative projects, organization of seminars, conferences, among others).

Mandatory documentation to be attached to the application:

  • Identification document (Identity Card, Citizen Card or Passport);
  • Updated curriculum vitae (preferably in Europass format);
  • Certificate of qualifications (if you have one);
  • Proof of address;
  • Motivation letter;
  • Certificate of language skills (if you have one).

Additional documentation (after selection):
The selected candidates must, within a maximum of 5 working days after notification, submit:

  • Proof of formal link with More Colab or associated entity.

Selection and Notification:
The selection process will take place between 17 and 21 February 2025.
The communication of results will be made on February 24, 2025.
The mobility contracts will be formalized in the second week of March 2025, coinciding with the holding of individual preparation meetings.
