Andressa Griebler Gusmão holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Technology (IPB, Portugal) and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering (UTFPR, Brazil), with expertise focused on biochemical processes, applied microbiology, and the valorization of agro-industrial by-products. She has experience in extraction, fractionation, and purification of macromolecules and organic compounds, as well as in the physicochemical characterization of complex biological matrices. She is currently a Research Technician at MORE Colab, in the area of Bio-based Products and Processes, collaborating on the NutCheeInov project – Cheeses and plant-based cheese alternatives with chestnuts, where she works on the concentration, spray drying, and stabilization of protein isolates obtained from sorelho.
