Higor Rosse, master in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico de Bragança (Portugal) and Bachelor in Electronic Engineering from the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (Brazil), plays the role of project manager in the Intelligent Technologies Department of MOREColab. Its competencies include planning and management of technical and budgetary activities as well as preparation of national and international applications. His academic specialization is focused on Internet of Things (IoT) applied to precision agriculture having experience in the development of printed circuit board (PCB) designs, 3D modeling and programming of microcontrollers in C and C++ language mainly. Other competencies are REST API development, module developments with LoRa and LoRaWAN communication and energy management.
