Ana Paula Pereira has a PhD in Chemical and Biological Sciences by University of Trásos-Montes e Alto Douro and a master’s degree in Food Quality and Safety from Polytechnic Institute of Bragança. At MORE CoLAB she is a Research Technician and performs her functions at the Bio-based Products and Processes area. She has skills in several thematic areas, including in post-harvest technologies; physical-chemical and microbiological analysis of food products; valorization of agri-food by-products and development of new food products. At MORE CoLAB, she also develops skills in managing national and international project and preparing new proposals in food innovation.
