Luana Fernandes holds a PhD in Food Technology and Nutrition from the University of Aveiro and a master’s degree in Quality and Food Safety from the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança. No MORE CoLAB is a research technician and performs the functions in the Biological Base Products and Processes Area. He has skills in several thematic areas, including post-harvest technologies; physico-chemical analysis of food products; valorization of agri-food by-products and development of new food products. At MORE, CoLAB also develops skills in managing national and international projects and preparing new proposals in the area of food innovation.
