Main Objective: The BiwiT project aims to develop an intelligent digital platform to support entrepreneurs and companies in the design, simulation, and management of their businesses, reducing risks and increasing the likelihood of success. Through predictive analytics tools, personalized strategic guidance, and early identification of potential issues, BiwiT seeks to democratize access to advanced management solutions, making planning, decision-making, and adaptation to constantly changing markets simpler and more efficient.

  • To support the definition of structured business objectives, enabling the formulation of short-, medium-, and long-term goals, with continuous monitoring mechanisms tailored to the specific characteristics of each company.
  • To provide business scenario simulation tools based on predictive models, allowing the testing of pricing strategies, anticipation of operational bottlenecks, and adjustment of offerings to market dynamics.
  • To promote the optimization of resource utilization through integrated management of cash flows, operational costs, and contractual relationships with suppliers, aiming to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • To foster innovation in customer relationships through data-driven personalization of products and services aligned with market trends, strengthening companies’ competitive differentiation.
