Specifically, the project aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Develop employability skills: We aim to increase the employability of young people by improving their skills in preparing CVs and motivation letters, as well as optimizing their LinkedIn profiles.

• Marketing activities: Publications on social networks and sending newsletters.
• Creation of a good practice guide: Development of a guide focused on the main themes of the project.
• Content preparation: Preparation of material for workshops and mobility activities.
• Workshops: Conducting workshops with the main stakeholders in Poland (in January) and in Portugal (in April).

The result of this project is the Practical Guide for Young Job Seekers, which gathers relevant information on the various stages of job search and career start. Designed by young people for young people, it provides a range of resources and practical guidance to help them succeed in taking their first steps into the job market.

• Improving young people’s employability skills, including preparing CVs, motivation letters and LinkedIn profiles.
• Development of leadership, management and communication skills among the young leaders involved in the project.
• Strengthening the collaboration between young people and employers, creating opportunities for internships, mentoring and jobs.
• Promotion of meaningful dialogues between young people and policy makers, facilitating understanding of youth needs.
• Raising awareness of the challenges faced by young people in the labour market and encouraging political change.
• Strengthening the links between young people and local business communities, promoting local economic development.
