Name of the project: Intelligent Electric Pump Monitoring System

Acronym: PumpWatch

Main objective: PumpWatch – Intelligent Electric Pump Monitoring System (PumpWatch) aims to develop an intelligent electrical panel with remote monitoring capabilities, predictive maintenance and automatic actuation, applicable to water pumping systems in agricultural, urban and industrial contexts. Through the integration of IoT technologies, machine learning algorithms and intelligent management platforms, the solution will allow detecting anomalies in real time, reducing operational failures, minimizing water and energy waste and optimizing technical resources.

  • Reduce the downtime of pumping systems, through predictive detection of anomalies and the activation of automated responses, minimizing the impact of technical failures on infrastructure performance.
  • Reduce operational and environmental costs, promoting the reduction of unplanned technical trips and minimizing water and energy waste, with direct impacts on the sustainability of systems and the competitiveness of organizations.
  • Ensure the modularity and flexibility of the solution, allowing it to be adapted to different contexts of use (agricultural, urban and industrial) and ensuring compatibility with existing or new systems, through self-configuration and simplified integration features.
  • Empower technicians and end users with intuitive multichannel interfaces and advanced visualization and analysis tools (georeferenced maps, operational dashboards and automatic reports), reinforcing usability and autonomy in systems management.
