Andreia Padrão has a degree in Food Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, a post-graduate degree in Quality Engineering and Management from the University of Minho and a post-graduate degree in Occupational Safety Technician from the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda. He has experience in food quality control, application of IS0 9001 and ISO 22000, control and compliance with Food Hygiene and Safety in accordance with HACCP and Codex Alimentarius, management of waste and used cooking oil, accompanying external organisations to carry out food audits, control of food traceability and collaboration in the assessment and control of occupational risks and environmental aspects. At More CoLAB, she is a Research Technician and works in the area of Bio-based Products and Processes, where she is involved in the INOV@LHEIRA project.
