Leonardo Alves holds a master’s degree in Forest Resources Management from the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança – School of Agriculture (Portugal) and a degree in Forest Engineering from the Federal Technological University of Paraná – Dois Vizinhos Campus (Brazil). At MORE CoLAB, he works as a Research Technician in the ECO – Mountain Environment and Ecosystem Management group. To date, he has contributed to the MiOlive3 project – Development of micropropagated, mycorrhized, and micrografted olive tree varieties. His competencies include scientific writing, techniques applied to plant propagation, and support in the development of projects and technical services within the group. In addition, he has experience in scientific research and outreach activities in the fields of forest entomology and biological control.
