Teresa José Lopes is a PhD student in Sustainable Land Use with a specialisation in Agronomic Engineering at the University of Lisbon (ISA). She has participated in national and international projects related to plant–microbe interactions, biological disease control, and climate resilience in crops such as olives, cork oak, and cowpea. She has expertise in microbiology, molecular biology, bioinformatics, microbiome analysis and metabarcoding, as well as plant physico-chemical characterisation. At MORE CoLAB, she is part of the Biological-Based Products and Processes area within the INOVOlive project, dedicated to innovation in table olive processing and the sustainable valorisation of residues.
