Ermelinda Silva has a PhD in Agricultural Production Chains – from the table to the field by UTAD together with UM and Master in Laboratory Analysis by UTAD. In MORECoLAB performs Research Technician functions in the area of Biological Based Products and Processes. Has skills in several thematic areas including innovative agricultural practices and technologies that promote the sustainable development of Mediterranean crops in adverse climatic conditions (evaluation of plant physiology and biochemistry and biochemical characterization and fruit quality). It also presents skills in innovation in the food sector through the valorization of food and agri-food by-products and in project management and preparation of new proposals.
