Luciana Silva holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança. At MORE CoLAB, she serves as an innovation technician in the Administrative and Financial Department. Her responsibilities include the administrative and financial management of projects, including the preparation of financial information, submission of requests for reimbursement and final balance and validation of application budgets, in order to ensure that they are aligned with the objectives and resources available. As a financial manager, she is also responsible for organizing and preparing procurement processes in accordance with public procurement rules, which includes managing the processes through electronic procurement platforms, from the preliminary market consultation phase to execution.
